Our Approach

Nurturing Bonds,Empowering Growth

The name “Agape” reflects the values at the heart of our practice — a deep sense of care, compassion, and unconditional positive regard for others. The Agape Play Collective reflects our belief that every child flourishes when surrounded by a supportive and connected community.

At the centre of the logo is a sprouting seedling, representing growth, healing, and thriving when provided with the right environment and care. The intertwining curves symbolise the close partnership between caregivers, professionals, and the child — working collaboratively within a connected community. The heart-inspired shape carries intentional meaning: attunement, trust, and acceptance.

Therapeutic Approach

Tivona is passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and accepting spaces where children feel seen, heard, and empowered to express themselves freely through play.

She believes that meaningful therapeutic progress happens when children experience emotional safety, connection, and attuned support. Her approach is collaborative and relational, focusing not only on the child's emotional wellbeing, but also on strengthening the parent-child relationship and supporting the wider family system.

Tivona works closely with parents and professionals to provide practical guidance and supportive strategies that can be carried into everyday life.
